Tantra Yoga is a system of techniques that links several systems of yoga together in order to create a potent form of yoga that specialize in raising the power of Kundalini. Tantra means to “Loom” or interlace. Yoga means a system of techniques that bring about union with God. Therefore, Tantra Yoga is a Yoga system that interlaces several Yoga Techniques together in order to bring about a greater rise of consciousness under intense pressures of practice.  The Following Yogas are loomed together in the positive techniques of Tantra Yoga.
The Looming Effect of Tantra Yoga
1 Jnana Yoga: Is the part of Tantra Yoga that pulls on the ancient wisdom and knowledge of yoga science, which is known as “Tantra Sastra”. The Yoga that unifies you with the Wisdom of all things.
2 Karma Yoga: Is recognizing the Divine-Laws over all actions. This part of Tantra Yoga capitalizes on procedure, order and continual actions over-time. 
3 Bhakti Yoga: This part of Tantra brings us the knowledge (Sastra) of devoting our mind, produced thoughts, and all our actions towards the devotion of God. 
4 Hatha-Yoga: Is that part of Tantra that Introduces physical development exercises which prepare the yoga student for strict and laborious mental-physical procedures of development. 
5 Raja Yoga: Is the practice of mental development used to bring about a closer  union with  God. At this level of Tantra practice the Yogic Sastra comes into play with strict procedures. It lays-out the eight limbs of yoga as a pathway towards enlightenment .
6 Pranayama: Is actually the 4th limb of Raja Yoga. This is a technique for mastering the life force within the body." Through regulating the breath we influence the subtle energies (pranas) that makeup the foundation of our total physical and subtle existence.  
7 Mantra Yoga:  Yoga of Sound Vibration it helps to awaken & synchronize the latent seeds of consciousness through the repetition of sacred holy mantra sounds.
8 Mudra Yoga:  Yoga of Mystic Hand Signs that allows the practitioner to seal, redirect, redistribute and project the subtle energies within the body.
9 Kriya Yoga: Yoga of predetermined and Calculated Actions through a series of yoga sciences adopted for a way of life.
10 Kundalini Yoga: Yoga for Conscious Awakening, An aspect of  Tantra yoga that concentrates  on the awaking of the Kundalini in the base chakra.
